Phoenix Arizona Real Estate home prices had a good growth in 2013 and Economists think the future in the Arizona's Real Estate market looks bright. Arizona is behind the rest of the nation in Job growths but this week at the Phoenix Chamber of Commerce economists feel the upswing has just started.
"The recovery should continue because there are no significant imbalances," said Elliott D. Pollack, CEO of the Scottsdale-based company that bears his name. "There is no irrational exuberance anywhere in the economy, yet there's no problems anywhere in the economy.
Internationally the economy is growing and it is projected that this recovery will be a long steady growth. Arizona traditionally has felt the affects of the US economy as well as the world. I have seen a solid uptick myself in the market and it is starting to feel more normal that what we have seen in some time. I personally think we are going to see nice strong growth for a solid decade.
